    You have a list of requirements and need to see for yourself if there’s a match? No problem. Click 'find a manufacturer' and browse through our list of trusted partners. Filter your results on certification, die type or manufacturer merits and find the perfect fit for your project.

What do we need from you?

  1. Drawing(s)
    We need accurate drawings to brief your possible manufacturer. Upload your drawings in pdf, stp or a similar format. Please provide clear drawings and remove any confidential information. If any, upload specific company standards with regard to dimensions, tolerances or coatings mentioned on the drawing.

  2. Optional: Confidentiality Agreement
    Certain Chinese companies with questionable reputations are a threat to your confidentiality. In contrast, we have signed confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements with all manufacturers we work with. In addition, if you need us to sign a confidentiality agreement with your company, we will happily do so. Be sure to upload these documents as well, so we can sign and send them back at your earliest request.

  3. Information on annual quantities
    Let us know how many parts you need to make with the die on an annual basis.

  4. Information on lifetime
    Let us know how many years the die will be in production.

  5. Your contact details
    We need your name, email and phone number, so we can get in touch with you for questions and feedback.

  6. Additional remarks / questions
    Use this field to provide us any additional information concerning your quotation request. For example: do you need PPAP,PFMEA, CKP,...? Would you like to visit us for witness testing of the die? Would you like other shipping terms then our FOB standard term?

How does it work after you accept our offer?

Once you agree to work with us, we follow our standard way of working.

how it works

1. Contract/order 

First of all, we finalize all details such as price (always in €), delivery terms date (standard: FOB), project milestones, sampling or witness test arrangements. We put all this in a contract which both parties have to sign. Subsequently you send us your official purchase order.

2. Downpayment

We will send you the invoice for downpayment (standard: 50% of the contract value). Ordering and invoicing will happen through our office in Hong Kong. This way you can order and pay in €, and you don’t have to worry about Chinese currency (CNY) exchange rates & bank policies.

3. Project

Once the downpayment is received, the project (and timing) starts. At defined milestones during the project, we will keep you up-to-date with pictures and project schedules. We'll tell you if everything goes fine, but also if we meet problems which need to be discussed (for example deviations in timing, dimensions&tolerances,...). That's our no-nonsense approach.

4. Sample approval

We will test the die once finished building, and send 3 parts with our measurement report (standard included in our price) to you for validation. However, if you’d like to come over to witness the die testing here, please let us know. We will make a separate proposition to you.

5. Rest payment

After you confirmed the samples are OK, or after successful witness testing, we will start preparing the die for shipping. We will send you the invoice for the remaining amount to be paid.

6. Shipping 

Once this payment is received, the shipping arrangements will be finalized.
